Περίληψη

Η πολιτική επιστροφής χρημάτων και επιστροφών διαρκεί 30 ημέρες. Εάν έχουν περάσει 30 ημέρες από την αγορά σας, δεν μπορούμε να σας προσφέρουμε πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων ή ανταλλαγή.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept products that are household or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some cases where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with visible signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl disc that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Επιστροφές

Μόλις ληφθεί και επιθεωρηθεί η επιστροφή σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για να σας ειδοποιήσουμε ότι λάβαμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν σας. Θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε επίσης για την έγκριση ή την απόρριψη της επιστροφής χρημάτων σας.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or non-refundable refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted products

Refunds are allowed on regular priced products only. Sale items cannot be returned.

Αντικαθιστούμε αντικείμενα μόνο εάν είναι ελαττωματικά ή κατεστραμμένα. Εάν θέλετε να το ανταλλάξετε με το ίδιο αντικείμενο, στείλτε μας ένα email στη διεύθυνση shop@inspirehome.gr και στείλτε το προϊόν σας στη διεύθυνση:

Αποστολή επιστροφής

Για να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν σας, θα πρέπει να στείλετε το προϊόν σας στη διεύθυνση: Σμύρνης 3, Σάμος, 83100, Ελλάδα

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
